2-1-1 DIRECTOR – United Way of Greater Toledo
Provides supervision and leadership to the United Way of Greater Toledo 2-1-1 program staff. Responsible for United Way of Greater Toledo 2-1-1 programs service delivery, quality assurance, development and training. Serves as the Community Liaison for the 2-1-1 program serving Lucas, Wood, and Ottawa Counties.
COORDINATED ACCESS NAVIGATOR
Provides screening, diversion and intake services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness as part of a Coordinated Access (CA) system in Lucas County, Ohio. Assesses inquirer’s needs, obtains and documents information and connects inquirer to community resources. Serves as the liaison to the community for the CA program and provides support to the 2-1-1 Director.
COMMUNITY RESOURCE ADVISOR / RESOURCE SPECIALIST
Provides information and referral services by phone and electronically to the public and community professionals and ensures the accuracy and completeness of the 2-1-1 database.

Each semester, United Way offers a unique program entiteled the "Change Makers of Tomorrow Internship". Our paid, semester-long opportunity is specifically geared towards junior or senior standing students (as well as graduate students) who are interested in pursuing a career centered on philanthropy, helping those in need and making communities stronger. The funding of this program is made possible by United Way’s generous corporate sponsors, who also finds value in cultivating the next generation of philanthropic leaders.
